1/2 cup soy sauce
1/8 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp worcestershire
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 lb flank steak
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
Combine all ingredients in a shallow bowl except steak. Mix. Add steak. Cover tightly. Refrigerate 6-24 hours. Broil 6-8 minutes on each side.
I got this recipe from my aunt and uncle. I marinated the meat for 24 hours and grilled it instead of broiling.
